The chat features in Microsoft Teams are great for one-on-one and small group discussions. You can share screens, use Apps within the chat, and keep conversations organized.

There are some challenges though. One of the main issues is when you have a large Team or many Teams and you potentially have many different chat conversations happening at once. How can you manage and keep them all organized? Especially if you are teaching and have several students trying to contact you at the same time.
