Wireless Webcam – a classroom essential – CAMO Update!

The latest update to the CAMO software adds a very useful feature – the ability to go wireless.

CAMO has been an excellent tool to turn your phone into a webcam – which is useful for those times you find a system without a built-in camera – or when you want to show different angles, objects, and more.

Now, the software includes the ability to do all of the many things it does – but wirelessly.

This means that setting up CAMO as a remote webcam to capture lectures, point to Whiteboards, show documents, or show equipment and items without the need for a long cable is built right into the software.

This also opens up different and exciting ways we can plan out hybrid lessons and lessons.

The one caution I would have might be that you will need to charge your phone a bit more often – especially if you use this often. The benefits definitely outweigh the need to bring a cable with you.
