I’m impressed.
The new Microsoft Whiteboard really didn’t live up to my expectations – and I made several videos about that.
But then – Microsoft contacted me. The Whiteboard engineering team took the time to meet and discuss the concerns I had – and those of my YouTube community. They even reverted to the previous version and rolled that out to everyone.
That impressed me. It shouldn’t be rare to listen to customers – but it often is. So it stood out to me that they listened AND took action.
