FRANK'S CREDENTIALS
AI strategy grounded in both the boardroom and the technical reality.
Most AI advisors come from one side of the problem. They bring either strategy or technology, rarely both. Frank works across both. His background spans institutional AI strategy, IT systems leadership, and hands-on implementation, which means his guidance accounts for how decisions actually play out inside an organization: the technical constraints, the integration realities, and the change management that determines whether an AI initiative delivers or stalls.
Frank leads AI strategy and adoption at one of Canada’s leading polytechnic institutions, a vantage point few advisors hold. He counsels organizations while actively navigating the same decisions inside a large, complex one of his own. His experience spans enterprise AI roadmaps, systems integration, organizational design, and award-winning management. That combination lets him connect executive strategy to the technical work required to deliver it, rather than leaving that gap for someone else to close.
Beyond his institutional work, Frank is a published author across technology, enterprise, and education, and a widely followed voice in the applied-AI community. His perspective is grounded in practice, drawn from leading real AI adoption from the inside. Every engagement reflects that: independent, implementation-aware guidance from someone who does this work, not just advises on it.
